Lai Residence

The Lai Residence facade and porch area project gave us the chance to use floor-to-ceiling glass windows spanning two levels and glass sliding doors, which floods the interior with natural light and creates a striking visual connection between the inside and outside. A lush, manicured grass carpet adds a touch of sophistication to the front porch.The focal point of the porch is the pool which comes with a super cool water fountain, adding a soothing auditory element and enhances the overall ambiance. Adjacent to the swimming pool, we designed a charming modern gazebo that provides a tranquil spot for relaxation.
